Trusts

Our experience includes advising on a wide variety of issues relating to trusts including negligent conveyancing of property interests, proprietary estoppel and constructive trusts. We have been instructed in cases involving constructive and resulting trusts and claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act as well as claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act.
