Conflict of Laws

Members of New Park Court Chambers frequently advise on conflict of laws, jurisdictional disputes, applicable law and enforcement of judgments. We are able to provide services to domestic and foreign entities. Previous clients include off-shore businesses, trusts, established companies, start-ups and entities with cross border commercial interests. We are able to facilitate telephone conferences, video conferencing as well as traditional written opinion for those clients based outside the physical reach of our offices’ geographic locations
