Health & Safety

Chambers offers an exclusive team dedicated to Health and Safety law.

We have members who prosecute on behalf of the HSE, having been nominated by the Attorney General, as well as those specialise in defence work.

Members have experience in all manner of breaches of HSE regulations including incorrect storage of dangerous substances, advising in relation to environmental offending, industrial accidents and fatalities in the workplace.

Our members understand the financial pressures on businesses and are able to provide advice and advocacy at competitive rates when instructed in Health and Safety cases.
