NEW PARK COURT CHAMBERS EMPLOYMENT TEAM

New Park Court Chambers boasts a thriving and fast-growing Employment team, with counsel of wide range of Call, with experience in all areas of Employment litigation. Our counsel have a reputation for their empathy and rapport with clients, whether an individual or senior members of large corporations. Our approach is to seek out commercial settlements where it is advantageous to our client, and to provide robust advocacy in the Tribunal or court where it is not.

We represent both Claimants and Respondents in cases across the country, providing assistance with pleadings or opinions and representation at the Tribunal or Court from the start of a case through to appeals. Increasingly, we also represent clients at Mediation, and represent professionals at disciplinary tribunals.

The team is regularly recommended in the Legal 500 and is “respected for a broad employment expertise in areas such as redundancy and discrimination.”

The team also provides an annual seminar programme of free CPD-accredited training to solicitors and legal executives, and is happy to provide training on particular topics as requested. If you are interested in our seminar programme please click here. We also aim to help solicitors and legal executives with our free e-alert, keeping them up-to-date with important recent decisions of the higher courts. All members of the team have a fast turnaround on paperwork, and are happy to give urgent advice if required. If we can assist you further, please contact  Janet Jackson janet.jackson@npc-l.co.uk by email, or telephone 0113 2433 277.
