Employers Liability

Members of New Park Court Chambers have significant expertise across the whole spectrum of employers’ liability claims and act on behalf of Claimants and Defendants. The team prides itself on high quality advocacy and advisory work in relation to breach of duty, causation and quantum. In addition to the foregoing, the team provides advice on wider issues such as whether a Claimant is an employee or an independent contractor, third party claims and apportionment between tortfeasors.
