General Medical Council

New Park Court Chambers’ regulatory team has the highest reputation locally and nationally for presenting cases before disciplinary and regulatory tribunals. As a result, our members have been instructed over many years by the General Medical Council to prosecute doctors before the Medical Practitioners’ Tribunal. We undertake Review hearings and Fitness to Practise hearings.
